House rules
The room is available to guests on the day of arrival from 12 noon and on the day of departure until 10 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.
Please have respect for other guests: we do not raise our voices, we keep the TV volume low, we leave the common areas clean and tidy as we found them.
Cancellation policy
Changes or cancellations of reservations should be communicated by email or phone at least 5 days before the arrival date. We will try to meet your needs.
Stays with deposit and balance on arrival:
For stays longer than 3 nights, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation or modification is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival with possible return of deposit or issuance of voucher in the amount of the deposit paid to be used for a next stay.
From 6 days to 3 days before arrival, free cancellation and modification with emailing a voucher in the amount of the deposit paid to be used in the time and manner indicated on the same.
Within 3 days we will withhold from the deposit the amount of the first night and issue a voucher for the remaining amount.
No show: we will keep the deposit amount in full.
